Special dispensation to Ms. Smarty Pants Know It All and her boyfriend for bringing up Schrödinger’s Cat, which never even occurred to me (I am ashamed). Not only do we have no idea whether Laura Roslin is still alive (except through pure fanboy expectation), but there is actually a cat in a box. Here's hoping Ron Moore's belated podcast will clarify whether this was intentional or not.
