911: The Musical

Oh, I'm going to hell for this one.

Much derided during production (which actually began on September 11th, 2001, later that evening), the film stars newcomer King Nathan Banks as El Capitan, a German explorer and wine-taster who stumbles upon the secret of 911 only moments before the fated events took place. While surfing an AOL chatroom, El Capitan reads the phrase "the world trade center will fall today", typed by an anonymous individual called SexyChatBinLaden. El Capitan attempts to call the authorities, but the phone lines are down. The twist ending of the film was revealed 4 years before it was released: El Capitan is actually in one of the World Trade Center buildings. He sings about his unfortunate situation for the rest of the movie, which ends as the buildings collapse on him.
